A new development has just been announced to break ground tomorrow, June 4th. The Mirror will be a mid-rise condominium tower consisting of ten new condominium homes starting in the mid $300’s with views of Mirror Lake.
Floor-plans range from 1,013 to 1,276 square feet, featuring one and two bedroom layouts. The first three floors will be commercial space. Residential living space begins on the fourth floor with single-story floor plans.

The 5th floor features the remaining five 500 units, which are all two-story units, Loch, Voda and Lake. The entrances for the 500 residences will be on the fifth floor, with oversized balconies and upstairs on the 6th floor the bedrooms. Every condo has its own private terrace, located directly off the main living space to bring the outside in.
