Massive new restaurant with bourbon library, Urban Stillhouse, begins hiring in St. Pete

smith and associates

Looking for work? Urban Stillhouse, a 16,000-square-foot restaurant and bar is looking to hire ahead of its soft opening.

The Urban Stillhouse is set to be a one-of-a-kind entertainment space built around the complete sensory experience and production of fine spirits. If you love Horse Soldier Bourbon, you’re going to love this place.

Concept will feature a giant bourbon library

The restaurant, bar and event space is influenced by the owners’ historic favorite destinations including Kentucky, Montana, Wyoming, Canada, Scotland, and more.

Lush leather sofas, wood-burning grills, copper stills and a giant bourbon “library” will set it apart as one of the key (socially-distanced) hangout spots in the Sunshine City.

Those interested in applying can email Urban Stillhouse at

An official opening date is still TBA, but the owners are hoping for an opening sometime in June 2020.

Multiple bars and a tasting room for guests

The concept will offer fine dining, two full-service, state-of-the-art bars and a tasting room with seasonal craft cocktails, wine and local beer alongside a comprehensive bourbon selection.
