Debuting this week, the Hilton St. Petersburg Carillon Park announced the opening of the newly renovated Luna Lux Restaurant & Lounge, its upscale ground-floor restaurant. Hotel guests and locals alike can enjoy an onsite dining experience that includes modern Mediterranean tapas with upscale lakefront indoor and outdoor seating located at 950 Carillon Lake Drive. The restaurant will celebrate its grand opening with a VIP event on Thursday, April 14, starting with a ribbon cutting ceremony at 5 p.m. on the lakefront terrace overlooking Carillon Nature Preserve with live entertainment to follow.

Led by Executive Chef Ryan Erickson, Luna Lux will focus on a tapas-inspired menu paired with craft cocktails and local microbrews. Erickson brings over twenty five years of experience to the role, providing the team with robust culinary expertise and high level customer service. The restaurant will be open for breakfast, lunch and dinner as it showcases top-quality ingredients.

The menu is highlighted by unique shareable plates such as its signature Mezzo Board with cured meats and cheeses, Kofta lamb skewers with tangy pomegranate molasses, Shrimp Mozambique with fresh mango and spicy piri-piri sauce, and sweet endings with a twist like Lavender Canollis with creamy ricotta and candied pistachio confetti.
