InstaPicnic Co. is a company that creates outdoor picnic experiences for residents across the Tampa Bay region. 

InstaPicnic Co. is a concept that lets residents enjoy exquisite meals under the stars without any of the hassle of setting up/breaking down the meal, and hitting the grocery store. These bohemian picnics first hit the Sunshine City in December 2020.

Here’s a bit about the owner from InstaPicnic’s website:

Amanda, the Founder, and CEO of InstaPicnic & Co LLC is originally from Michigan but has called the sunshine state her home since graduating from Michigan State University with a BS in Dietetics. She currently works in the ICU at a local hospital as a dietitian.

Her background in nutrition has made her passionate about food, and she considers herself a “foodie.” She managed a local Instagram food account for multiple years and this has made her somewhat of an “influencer” in the local St. Pete food scene. She credits her attention to detail, love of food, and passion for a bohemian flair as her inspiration to create InstaPicnic & Co.

Amanda wanted to provide a way for people to remain social in a safe environment. Her background in nutrition has trained her specifically in food safety, along with infection control procedures.

A base picnic package begins at $180 and includes the following:

• Assorted pillows
• Ottoman pouf for seating
• Rugs
• Blankets
• Table and full table settings per guest; plates, silverware, glassware, etc.
• LaCroix water, one per guest.
• Silk greenery and/or florals along with candle decor.
• Personalized Chalkboard welcoming your guest/party.
• Bluetooth Speaker
• Complete set up and tear down. Arrive, enjoy, depart with no work on your end.
• ​Additional Guests: Up to 14 additional guests per picnic. $25 per extra guest.

For beer lovers, there’s a Beer-themed picnic that runs $200. Your Beer Tasting Picnic will include 2 hr rental of the items in the “base picnic package” for 2 people in addition to:

• 4 local beers (4oz of each beer per person)
• Beer flights
• Glasses for each guest
• Snacks of pretzels
• Max of 6 guests at this time

There’s also a special proposal picnic for that major romantic moment. All picnic packages can be viewed online.

InstaPicnic Co. works with Lolita’s to craft their stunning charcuterie boards. You can also add full bagel boards, a mimosa bar, a champagne wall, and a donut wall, among other chic additions.
