Horse therapy nonprofit bringing farm to the city for Art Walk

Two horses prepare for an equine therapy session at Frontrunners.

A taste of the country is coming to downtown St. Pete for our city’s fabulous Second Saturday Art Walk, and it’s all for a worthy cause. Front Runners Equine Therapy will bring their horse Zeus to the Raw Studios at 2338 Emerson Avenue South. Zeus is a the horse ambassador for Frontrunners and will be there to help residents better understand what Frontrunners does.

The organization provides equine assisted therapy to individuals with disabilities and other challenges, according to their website. Their clients develop physical strength, increased mobility, and self-confidence, while receiving therapy through equestrian activities that accommodate their specific needs.
