It’s time to start getting your 16-oz curls in. The 5th annual Grand Central District Beer Day is back on Saturday, February 10, from 11 am – 11 pm.
The annual celebration of beer is a showcase of the many great breweries in the Grand Central District, replete with giveaways, unique brews, live music, markets, and tasty food. Plus, it’s all in support of a good cause, as proceeds benefit the Pet Pal Animal Shelter.

This year’s theme for GCD Beer Day is “The Dark Side,” and each participating brewery will be creating a specialty dark beer for the occasion. It’s the perfect pairing for Florida Winter, offering a deep and chocolatey brew at each location.
As you make plans to join GCD Beer Day, we recommend taking the PSTA SunRunner, as both a safe and cheap option instead of driving. There are multiple stops in the Grand Central District, all of which will drop you within a couple-minute walk of at least one (if not multiple) of the Grand Central District breweries.
Each participating brewery will be hosting raffles in addition to the specialty beers. There will be GCD Beer Day shirts available for purchase, as well. To be entered for the grand prize, pick up a punch card at any of the participating breweries and make a stop at each one. Meanwhile, $1 of every “The Dark Side” pint sold will go to supporting the Pet Pal Animal Shelter.
