Fossil Park Pool Goes to the Dogs, Saturday


Got a pup that loves the water? The end of swim season means a leash-free dip in the pool for our furry friends at Fossil Park, this Saturday. Sorry, no humans allowed. This one is truly for the dogs.

Dog Swim Day is  $5 per dog. Humans get in for free but are not allowed in the pool. This Saturday, August 28 at Fossil Park Pool, 6739 Martin Luther King Jr. St. N.

Swim sessions:
9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.
11 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
1 to 2:30 p.m.

Bring donations of dry Iams or Science Diet dog food, clean towels, nylabones, bleach, dish soap, blankets, trash bags, and newspapers for the S.P.C.A.

Register at either start time with proof of dog(s) current vaccination. For further information call 893-7732. Fossil Park Pool will be closed for the season and maintenance following Dog Swim Day.
