YogaSix (St. Pete) Prenatal Workshop

YogaSix St. Petersburg is rolling out a mini-series for expecting mothers. It will be on June 11 and June 18 at 1:30pm at the YogaSix St. Petersburg studio. The class will combine breathwork, a strengthening flow, and a calming restorative practice.
You will learn about modifications to keep your yoga practice safe. There will be props and hands on support available to help build comfort and confidence during your practice and to prepare you for your birth!
