Explore the fundamentals of two ancient Chinese disciplines to improve your health and create inner balance. “Qi” or “Chi” is often translated to “lifeforce energy,” and this workshop will help you gently build power and control of your own lifeforce.
You’ll learn moving meditation, intentional breathing, and deliberate movement patterns based in Tai Chi and Qigong for health and emotional wellness. Every guided exercise will help you create a more balanced relationship with your mind and body, offering both physical and mental benefits.
All levels are welcome. Space is limited to 20 participants.
