South Korean style of tai chi called Dahn Mu Do. You will experience light stretching, focused breathing, and slow movements. You can begin to feel new energy flowing through the body, a quieting of the mind and a peaceful strength from within.

Benefits for Tai Chi can include but are not limited to: joint and muscle pain relief, decrease stress, anxiety and depression, increases energy and stamina, improves circulation, increases lung function, allows for more flexibility, balances and improves strength, and aids in restful sleep.
