Imagine Museum’s Rhythmic Exhibits featuring Elizabeth Glushko

Elizabeth Glushko is a cellist, composer, looping artist, and music educator. Having moved from New York City to the Tampa Bay Area in 2022, she has continued her multi-faceted career as a soloist, chamber musician, orchestral player, and session musician.

Elizabeth began learning the cello in fourth grade and has been playing it ever since. She was accepted into the Crane School of Music as a cello performance major, then went on to obtain her MA and MEd. She has been active with various ensembles, such as the Tampa Bay Symphony, Bronx Symphony Orchestra, Centre Symphony Orchestra, New York Symphonic Arts Ensemble, Amore Opera Company, and other groups.

You can often find Elizabeth playing solo or with a small group in and around Tampa Bay on any given day. Her music has been featured on numerous films and albums over the years, and she greatly enjoys collaborating with musicians and artists from many different genres and walks of life.
