Do Good Day is St. Pete’s premier nonprofit fair, bringing together up to 35 local organizations for a one-of-a-kind career fair-style event where the community can explore volunteer opportunities, connect with nonprofits, and take action. The event takes place on Saturday, March 29, 2025, from 11 AM to 2 PM at Ferg’s Sports Bar & Grill in downtown St. Petersburg’s EDGE District, one of the country’s most vibrant and fast-growing areas.
The idea for Do Good Day was sparked by a conversation about the abundance of nonprofits in the community and the challenge of finding ways to get involved. The event was created to bridge this gap, making it easier for individuals to discover and support local causes.
Do Good Day provides nonprofits with a platform to connect with potential volunteers in an interactive, accessible format. Attendees can visit nonprofit booths, learn about their missions, donate, and sign up for volunteer opportunities on the spot. The event fosters meaningful connections between organizations and the community.
This year’s Do Good Day coincides with Mezzo Market, a popular vendor market within walking distance on Baum Ave, bringing additional foot traffic and visibility to participating nonprofits and sponsors.
Do Good Day is free, family- and pet-friendly, and open to the public. Nonprofits interested in participating should reach out soon—spots are limited. Sponsorship opportunities are also available.
