Edge District to get its own bubble tea shop

smith and associates

The Edge District has another new business on the horizon — and it’s all about the bubble tea. Cha Mixology is bringing the “art of bubble tea” to 1106 Central Ave.

Next door to Enigma, this little future boba shop is the space that was formerly occupied by Milagros Soap Company. They’ve since relocated to the Central Arcade a couple of doors down.

Drink it up, there’s a new kind of tea in the Burg

Bubble tea or “boba” is a tea-based drink that originated in Taiwan. Typically paired with a milk tea or smoothie-style milk drink, chewy tapioca pearls are added to the drink.

The pearls slurped through an extra-wide straw add a fun texture to just about anything you add them to. It’s the perfect treat yourself on a hot Florida day.

Cha Mixology is “coming soon”. We’ll make sure to keep you in the loop as more details are released.
