Coffee enthusiasts in St. Pete and St. Pete Beach have something exciting to look forward to as two new drive-thru coffee shops are set to open soon: Scooter’s Coffee and Caribou Coffee.
Scooter’s Coffee (9299 4th St N) is scheduled to open at the end of September according to its Google listing. Known for its service with a smile and convenient drive-thru experience, Scooter’s Coffee has grown significantly since its inception in Bellevue, Nebraska in 1998.

Today, it boasts over 600 small-footprint cafes across the country. The new location will join the existing Pinellas Park branch at 4672 Park Blvd.
Scooter’s and Caribou expand in Tampa Bay
Caribou Coffee, on the other hand, is making its debut at 5201 Gulf Boulevard in St. Pete Beach, with an anticipated opening in the first week of September. Caribou Coffee is renowned for its extensive and diverse menu, catering to a wide range of tastes and preferences. From classic drip coffee and cold brew to flavored espresso shakers, the spicy mocha, and the indulgent Caramel High Rise, Caribou promises to satisfy any coffee craving.
