Pinellas County’s new favorite cafe: Crave Coffee debuts in Seminole

Crave Coffee, the latest addition to Pinellas County’s thriving craft café boom, officially opened its doors on March 12. Owners Charles and Brittany Frost set up shop at 9358 Oakhurst Road, bringing a fresh, creative take on specialty coffee.

At Crave Coffee, the motto “Create What You Crave” isn’t just a slogan—it’s a lifestyle. The space is designed for those who want to slow down, savor the moment, and fuel their passions—whether that’s through a cozy morning routine, deep conversation, or the perfect cup of coffee.

While Pinellas County is spoiled for choice with great cafes, Crave Coffee stands out with a few signature drinks:

Cherry Lime Espresso Spritz – espresso, lime sparkling water, and cherry
Vanilla Cold Brew – cold brew, french vanilla, cold brew, french vanilla, raw sugar, and a choice of milk
Florida Cold Fashioned – cold brew, bourbon simple syrup, orange bitters, and a cherry on top

A new laid back lounge for craft coffee in Pinellas County

Beyond coffee, Crave Coffee offers hearty oatmeal bowls (in flavors like blueberry maple and apple cinnamon), fresh‑baked bagels and pastries, and rotating selections of salads, wraps, parfaits, and snacks.
