A new ice cream shop, COCOCELLO 109, is set to open this March at 2620 Central Avenue, according to its website. Founded by Thanya Rtd., this sweet spot will offer a unique twist on traditional ice cream by serving plant-based dairy-free Thai coconut ice cream. The shop will kick off its opening with a special promotion, giving the first 109 customers a unique gift as part of the grand opening celebration. In a message to I Love the Burg, COCOCELLO says they’re currently planning to open on March 23.

COCOCELLO 109 will feature a variety of bold, tropical flavors. Some fan favorites include Mango Sticky Rice Coconut Ice Cream and Salted Egg Yolk Coconut Ice Cream, which blend classic Thai ingredients with a creamy coconut base.

Thai coconut ice cream arrives in the Grand Central District

Customers can enjoy their ice cream in a cone or a coconut bowl, adding an extra layer of flair to their treat. Topping options include blue tapioca pearls, sweet pineapple, toddy palm, jackfruit, sticky rice, egg thread, durian, and more.

The vendor has been a hit at markets in Orlando and St. Pete, and we are ready for a new vegan option in the Grand Central District.
