CocoAddiction will open in the spring of 2021 on Corey Avenue between Blind Pass Road and Boca Ciega Drive.
CocoAddiction has been a highly popular spot for artisanal chocolates in Miami. The owners are ready to share their chocolates, pastries, and coffee with St. Pete Beach. On January 1 the owners officially revealed plans to open a brick and mortar location on Corey Avenue. As of April 24, the confectionary is officially open on St. Pete Beach.

Who’s ready for even more chocolate options on St. Pete Beach?
This isn’t the only exciting revelation along Corey Avenue. La Croisette will soon revive the old Beverly’s menu to deliver maybe the best brunch in the region.
A new surf and coffee shop, Grove, has also opened its doors on St. Pete Beach at 7370 Gulf Boulevard. The shop is known for its toasted coconut latte, offers ample amounts of gear for beachgoers, and offers a resplendent space for visitors to relax, and maybe get some work done.
