Carne D’Vino debuts at the EDGE Collective

Carne D’Vino brings fine wine, tasty tapas, gourmet pizza, and more to the EDGE Collective. The quaint space officially opened on Friday May 7. It joins the recently opened Space Fruit Truck and Shiso Crispy at the always evolving outdoor entertainment hub.

This is a place where you can enjoy curated wines and tapas from around the world, specialty pizzas and their one of a kind charcuterie pizza.

A taste of the Carne D’Vino menu

Want to know what’s on the menu? Here are a few items of note to whet your appetite for something new in the Sunshine City:

Grilled Churrasco (skirt steak) served with chimichurri, salad and homemade fries.

Grilled Chicken Breast served with pico de gallo, salad and homemade fries.

Pork Belly (chicharron): fried pork pelly served with lime slices.

Truffle Fries: home made fries topped with truffle oil and fresh Parmesan cheese.

Savor grilled meat platters and charcuterie boards

Charcuterie boards and massive grilled meat platters also feature on the menu. This is the concept’s soft opening. A full grand debut is still TBA.

You can enjoy live music under the stars while you nosh in St. Petersburg’s most booming district.

Carne D’Vino at The EDGE Collective is located at 1234 Central Avenue.

The Edge Collective Urban Marketplace is a community within a community that introduces the best of all that is local, giving aspiring entrepreneurs a place to flourish while engaging with their neighbors.

Other vendors include Mitch Jewelry, The Mending Bead, and Zazon Bites.
