A new spot deliciously named Buttermilk is now open at 10316 Roosevelt Boulevard. Crunchy French Toast, berry packed pancakes, biscuits and gravy, and super savory corned beef skillets are on the menu.
Buttermilk is right around the corner from spots such as Tijuana Flats, Jersey Mike’s, and YaYa’s Flame Broiled Chicken. This restaurant is also dog-friendly as heck. The ever so inviting pup ambassador Coco recently made her IG debut to spread the pawesome news.

I’m most hyped on the deep skillet menu at this restaurant. Buttermilk’s aptly named Teddy Boy Skillet features hardwood smoked bacon, ham off the bone, pork sausage and cheddar jack cheese. If you were on the hunt for a real southern breakfast, then we highly recommend you keep this spot on your radar. Straight from the garden, the veggie skillet features seasoned hash-brown potatoes, fire-roasted bell peppers and onions, mushrooms and broccoli topped with two eggs any style with spinach and grape tomatoes.
Need a sugar rush to start your day. Get ready for sunrise ASMR with the banana berry crunchy French toast. This St. Pete delight features thick cut brioche bread dipped in their crunch buttermilk batter, layered with banana cream filling and topped with a mixed berry sauce. Just going to type that one again: crunch buttermilk batter.
As the image above would suggest, thick, fluffy Belgium waffles are on the menu. Bite into a house-made buttermilk waffle, topped with whipped butter and served with warm Vermont Maple Syrup. They are also whipping up Oreo cookie covered pancakes, fruit-topped stacks of buttermilk pancakes, and Greek Yogurt topped waffles.
