Brass Bowl closes on the 600 Block, space up for lease

The Brass Bowl has closed its downtown St. Petersburg location at 654-656 Central Avenue. This prime location is now up for lease, and is represented by Jonah Twist of Tricera Capital.

It includes 3,919 square feet of leasable retail/restaurant space.
