The biggest boat show on the Gulf Coast makes its annual return to St. Pete this weekend. The St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show brings tons of boats, a sprawling market, and four full days of activities this weekend, running Thursday-Sunday, January 19-22.
The annual show takes place at the Duke Energy Center for the Arts Mahaffey Theater Yacht Basin and Albert Whitted Park, where the water will be filled with the latest powerboats, center consoles, motor yachts, and sailboats. In the park, a massive 40,000 square foot tent will be home to all types of marine accessories, electronics, art, and much more.

General admission tickets for the boat show are $21 for adults, while kids 15 and under are free. Hours for the show are 10 am – 6 pm Thursday through Saturday, and 10 am – 5 pm on Sunday. Veterans and active duty service members get free admission with a military ID. There is no box office on site, so all tickets must be purchased in advance online.
In addition to the show itself, there will be a wide range of boating and fishing seminars from the Annapolis School of Seamanship, as well as kids’ fishing clinics from Captain Don Dingman. Topics for the seminars include boat maintenance, fishing, and the cruising lifestyle.
The 2023 St. Petersburg Power & Sailboat Show on-water training includes courses such as Women at the Wheel, Junior Captains Program, and Basic Boat Operator. Students will learn and practice through hands-on training aboard powerboats under the watchful eye and careful instruction of U.S. Coast Guard Licensed Captains from the Annapolis School of Seamanship.
There will also be food and drink vendors throughout the show grounds. Learn more and get tickets at stpeteboatshow.com.
