4th Street’s newest juice bar to open before the end of July

Sip it, savor it, blame it on the clean juice. That’s right, the Burg is set to get another juice bar and it will join burgeoning 4th Street North. Named Clean Juice Bar, the health-centric concept is certified organic.

The menu will boast smoothies, juices, toasts and bowls. Yes, that includes the always coveted avocado toast.

Clean Juice has long teased what their final menu will look like. Previews include a hummus toast with cucumber, avocado toast with eggs, pressed cashew milks, celery juice and greenoa bowls.

What’s a greenoa bowl? It’s akin to a hearty salad, made with ingredients like copped walnuts, sliced strawberries, fresh spinach and organic dressing. Count us in.

Don’t worry, fully customizable acai bowls are also available, and we hope they’re as delicious as they look.

Clean Juice will be located at 1804 4th Street North. The grand opening is set for Saturday, July 27 from 8am-8pm.
