As the Burg grows in popularity, so does the need for living space in our thriving downtown. More than three dozen projects are set to join the burg’s apartment/condo scene in the coming years. Developments range from a millennial/young professional focus, to luxury penthouses rising high above our scenic waterfront area.

Luxury units near the heart of downtown

747 North, an 18 unit luxury condo development, is set to go up at 4th Avenue North between 8th Street and Grove Street. Each unit features three bedrooms and three bathrooms with two parking spaces in a covered garage.

Each unit is approximately 1,800 square feet and features a laundry room with full-size washer/dryer connections, a private balcony, ten-foot ceilings and surround sound wiring in the living room.

Two 2-floor penthouses

747 North will also have two penthouse units. These units comprise two stories and offer an upstairs loft and open area, as well as large great room downstairs surrounded by windows that lead to a 30-foot rooftop terrace complete with a hot tub.

Energy saving technology

The units are equipped with smart doorbells and thermostats. This allows residents to monitor their home from their smartphone. The smart doorbells also feature a built-in microphone and speaker. The smart Nest thermostat learns what temperature you like, as well as your schedule to help save energy and lower your monthly bill.
