Totally Restorative @ The Body Electric Yoga Company
A deeply relaxing practice for everybody.  We'll use bolsters, blankets, blocks, and straps to fully support you in each posture. Classes may feature guided meditation, breathing exercises, or anatomical focus. Restorative yoga breaks down chronic stress and physical tension. As in more dynamic yoga classes, we move the spine in all directions, promoting mobility and back health. We compress and stretch the organs, moving blood and lymph through the body. Practicing restorative yoga has helped many people fight fatigue and depression, recover from illness, injury, and trauma. When you are more relaxed, you are less vulnerable to the many stress-related illnesses that plague us. So come in and relax! Whether this is your main yoga practice, or a change-of-pace, you're going to feel refreshed, open, and calm when you leave the room. With enough practice, you might cultivate this calm into a healthier happier version of you. 6-7pm. The Body Electric Yoga Company 685 30th Ave N.
