The biz boom shows no signs of stopping in St. Pete. The city will kickoff March by welcoming Annex 400 Beach to the eclectic strip of dessert shops, boutiques, art stores and high-end restaurants downtown. Annex 400 Beach intends to be unlike anything you’ve experienced in the area before.

Breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert and more

This unique casual walk-up cafe plans to offer treats for every meal and desire (breakfast thru dessert). Indulge in waffles and frittatas in the morning, devour pressed Cuban sandwiches and hearty salads in the afternoon and satiate your late night needs with all natural beef dogs and pulled pork for dinner.

Don’t forget your sweet tooth. Annex will offer soft serve ice cream and milk shakes along with post-meal musts like espresso and cappuccino. If you’re just looking to enjoy the sunset on Beach Drive you can always sip on a local craft beer or wine.

Savor while you shop

To call Annex eclectic would be an understatement. More than just another Beach Drive café, Annex will also function as an art and gift shop. This is all to say, the new space to sip, savor and shop has arrived in the Burg. Hours (subject to change) have Annex open from 8am-10pm, seven days a week.

Annex will host a grand opening celebration on Wednesday, March 1 at 8am.
