The Burg Market List

If you’re looking for fresh, organic produce, vintage clothes/furnishings, unique art, good drinks or all of the above, the Burg is the place to be. Every weekend, markets pop up in the city to provide locally sourced food and fun to residents. From our acclaimed Saturday Morning Market, to the emerging Indie Flea, here is your guide to the local markets you can’t miss.

Saturday Morning Market

The largest farmers market in the southeast features fresh produce, live music, art, furniture, coffee, tacos, honey and almost anything else you can fathom. The market takes place at Al Lang Stadium parking lot (230 1st Street Southeast) every Saturday from October through May. During the summer, the market moves to Williams Park (350 2nd Avenue North). Market hours are 9am to 2pm.

St. Pete Indie Market

The Indie Market features a variety of the Burg’s best artists. You can shop new and vintage clothes, handmade journals, jewelry, sculptures, coffee, upcycled furniture and more. The St. Pete Indie Market takes place the first Saturday of each month on Baum Avenue in the Edge District, right outside Green Bench Brewing (1133 Baum Avenue North). The Indie Market hours are 11am to 4pm. Find a list of their upcoming markets and pop up events here.

 

Brocante Market

The Best of the Bay award-winning monthly market features a carefully curated set of items from the finest collectors and craftsmen in Tampa Bay. The market takes place the first Saturday and Sunday of each month. Brocante’s hours are 9am to 7pm on Saturday, 9am to 5pm on Sunday. The market is located at 2200 2nd Avenue South.

 

ARTpool Gallery – CraftyFest

ARTpool Gallery is known for hosting some of the most innovative fashion/art events in the Burg. The first Saturday and Sunday of each month they host their always eclectic CraftyFest. The market features the St. Pete area’s best local makers. Shop for jewelry, succulents, clothes and more. Market hours are 11am to 5pm both Saturday and Sunday. ARTpool is located at 2030 Central Avenue.

 

Grand Central Market 

The Grand Central Market features antiques, crafts, collectibles and more in the burgeoning GCD. The market takes place the first weekend of every month from September through April. Market hours are 9am to 4pm. The Grand Central Market takes place on Central Avenue between 29th and 30th Streets North.

 

Corey Avenue Market

The Corey Avenue Market takes place in the city of St. Pete Beach, but we’re always looking for a good excuse to escape to our white sand beaches. The market supports local vendors who sell a variety of locally produced and homemade produce, plants, take home foods, ready to eat lunch bites, hand crafts, eco-friendly and fair trade products and more. The market takes place every Sunday from October through April. Market hours are 10am to 2pm. The event takes place on Corey Avenue between Boca Ciega Drive and and Gulf Boulevard.

Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market 

The Gulfport Tuesday Fresh Market is a year-round open-air market held in Gulfport’s scenic Waterfront District on Beach Boulevard below 28th Avenue South. Market hours are 9am to 3pm.

Moonlight Market at The Blue Goose

The St. Pete Moonlight Market is held the second Wednesday of each month. Vendors bring in the best in vintage and handmade items. The best food trucks, bakers and culinary artisans serve up their local best. Visitors also enjoy drink specials at The Blue Goose. The market runs from 6pm to midnight. The Blue Goose, 48 9th Street North.

Night Market St. Pete at the St. Pete Side Lot

The first Night Market will be held on Thursday, Feb. 16, with future dates TBD. Located in the Warehouse Arts District next to 3 Daughters, enjoy Eats, Beats, Art and Drinks from some of St. Pete’s finest vendor. The market will feature a kids craft tent, food trucks, drinks and more. Runs from 6-10pm. St. Pete Side Lot, 2133 2nd Avenue South.

Pierce Street Market

This market takes place in Clearwater, but frequently features farmers and artists from the Burg. The Pierce Street Market hosts 100+ vendors. The market is open the second and fourth Saturday of each month from October through May. find an array of vendors including jewelry, clothes, vintage items, kids apparel, furniture, plants, florists, handmade artists and many other diverse vendors! Market hours are 10am to 4pm. Market takes place at 2 Drew Street, under the Memorial Causeway Bridge and next to the Clearwater Harbor Marina.

Thrill Hill Sunday Market

The Old Southeast Market helped continue the Burg’s foodie renaissance beyond the downtown area. To help continue to activate the area, Old Southeast Market has introduced the Thrill Hill Sunday Market. This market, held the second Sunday of every month, offers a variety of fresh produce and drinks right next to the Burg’s historic thrill hill. The Market is open from Noon to 6pm. Old South East Market, 1700 3rd Street South.
