St. Pete continues to shine with eclectic businesses elevating its small business and food roster. The latest addition to the area is The Grateful Fed Pub and Lounge — a Grateful Dead-themed spot on the ground floor of Urban Style Flats at 300 10th Street South. For those with late night cravings, the restaurant will be one of the first in the city to offer a dine-in from scratch menu until 4am, with delivery available until 5am.
Late night bites arrive in St. Pete
The concept comes from the mind of Sean Ford, former executive chef at Tryst. Ford saw the demand for both comfort and healthy food in the city’s burgeoning downtown area.

“The restaurant scene has expanded in St Pete, but not for late night workers or those wanting healthy delivery,” said Ford in a release. “It’s nearly impossible to eat healthy after hours and no one delivers commissary.”
Grateful Fed features a small convenience store, full liquor bar
Grateful Fed also features a modest convenience store with hygiene products, snacks, toiletries and more. The store will deliver their products and food until 5am. The interior of the restaurant is undergoing a complete redesign, but will remain open during construction. Visitors can enjoy a full liquor bar featuring five signature cocktails, craft beers and two outdoor patios.

Comfort food, health food, crave-worthy signatures
The restaurant offers staple bar favorites likes burgers and wings, along with healthier options like red quinoa and grilled vegetable burrito with alfalfa sprouts, heirloom tomato and avocado. One particular dish that captured our attention and fueled our cravings was the Krispy Kreme Doughnut burger.
The public is invited to attend Grateful Fed’s ribbon cutting with the Mayor, Chamber of Commerce and friends and family on Wed., Feb, 8 at 5pm with grand opening festivities to follow. Future plans have the restaurant serving breakfast and coffee seven days a week.
Current hours:
Monday through Thursday: 4pm-4am
Saturday through Sunday: 12pm-4am
Delivery available until 5am Monday through Thursday, Saturday and Sunday
