The popularity of meal prep programs has grown tenfold over the past few years. Diners seeking options that appeal to their budget and their appetite have scoured the city and myriad subscription programs for solution. Cornerstone Nutrition may be the answer to our woes.

Visit Cornerstone for healthy and delicious prepared meals, wraps, salads, protein treats, and smoothies! The concept’s gluten-free options will stir cravings in those who may have been formerly adverse to the GF label.

Meal prep concept debuts kitchen in the Burg

Dishes such as honey sriracha chicken with jasmine rice and mango slaw, dairy-free chocolate banana protein waffle, and turkey picadillo have sent out cravings into overdrive. Cornerstone quietly opened its doors on July 29 at 169 Dr. MLK Jr. Street North.

Dining is made simple with Cornerstone. Customers can setup recurring orders online, or view the concept’s menu in advance and order their meals for pickup. The simple, gourmet dishes remove the stress of maintaining a balanced diet while keeping up with the St. Pete hustle.

Prices vary depending on your order size:

  • Small-(3oz of protein): $6.50
  • Medium-(4oz of protein): $7.50
  • Large-(6oz of protein): $8.50
  • XL- (8oz of protein): $9.50
  • Protein treats for $2.50

Meal delivery is also available; however, the full order minimum for delivery is $25. To begin the Cornerstone process you can fill out an order request form online.

The kitchen delivers meals straight to your home or office twice a week. Delivery days are Tuesday and Fridays between 6:30am and 9:30am.If you prefer, pick up arrangements can also be made at Cornerstone’s kitchen location.

Caters to all dietary restrictions and meal plan preferences

The meal plans offered cater to all preferences and dietary restrictions. When placing your order online simply leave a note of any special allergens or needs (i.e. paleo, gluten-free, vegetarian).

You can also pop by for a smoothie. Cornerstone serves up Mint Chip (spinach, vanilla whey, almond milk, dark chocolate chips, mint syrup, ice), the Swamp Thing (banana, kale, ginger, vanilla whey, pineapple coconut water, lemon, ice) and American Dreamsicle (OJ, vanilla whey protein, ice).

  • Saturday-Sunday: 10am-2pm
