Kahwa App Launches

Our beloved St. Pete grinders are mobile! Yesterday morning Kahwa Coffee announced the launch of their app.

Available for both the iPhone and Android, the app allows customers to save their credit card information to quicken the order/payment process. The app isn't without its rewards. Upon downloading the app each user receives $3 toward their next Kahwa purchase. Get social with the app by inviting friends to download it. You'll receive an extra $3 for each person that downloads it via your reference.

The more you use the app, the more points you earn. For every $50 you spend at Kahwa, you'll receive a $3 gift.

Winesmith Grand Opening

If you haven't made your way up Central Ave recently we suggest you do so soon. The culture of our downtown districts are caught in a fever dream of economic development and artistic inspiration. Running parallel to those inclinations is the Burg's newest wine shop, Winesmith.

The newest spot for spirits and community has been in the soft opening stages for a few weeks now but will host a grand opening on Saturday, September 20, beginning at 12pm. The celebration promises tastings of nearly every wine in stock. Owner Todd Smith has already ingrained himself in the St. Pete community. If you email stpetewinesmith@gmail.com you'll be signed up for his wine of the day program. The e-blast offers customers the best deals on top shelf wine.

Winesmith's normal hours are Tue-Sat, 11am-8pm. Winesmith is located at 1620 Central Ave.

Buster's Antiques Grand Opening

Buster's Antiques arrived in the Burg this August and blends seamlessly into the vintage fabric of our downtown boutiques. Buster's grand opening celebration will include a ribbon cutting ceremony, special gifts, food and drink.

The store sells antique furnishings, rare and local art, neat collectibles and more. If you're looking to get a head start on stocking stuffers, or looking to outfit your house for an upcoming Halloween party this blossoming addition to the Grand Central Arts District is a  must-visit.

The grand opening takes place on Saturday, October 4, beginning at 2pm and going until 5pm. Normal store hours are Tue-Sat, 11am-6pm, and Sunday, 12-5pm.
